She pulled her hair back, and wore no makeup for her gym day.
Her outing comes just weeks after she released her new cookbook, Nourish: Simple Recipes to Empower Your Body and Feed Your Soul: A Healthy Lifestyle Cookbook.
She released the cookbook on March 26.

The model has two children with ex-husband Tom Brady: Benjamin, 14, and Vivian, 11.

She told Dust Magazine: 'Initially, I wasn't even considering it for myself. But when I brought [her son Ben] to the first class and started talking to Joaquim, I realized that it was much more than self defense.'
Adding that the jiu-jitsu philosophy interested her the most: 'It felt very much in line with what I believe in and look for in my life, and how I have a path to develop and become the best version of myself.'
